We can offer site licenses to large organizations and strategic partners. Site licenses are an ideal solution for organizations that elastically scale without the need to worry for the number of licenses. Site licenses also cover potential outsourcing partners to which we provide temporary licenses. Contact Sales if you are interested to discuss about purchasing a site license. For the Chinese market we exclusively offer our products under a Site License scheme. Pro subscriptions are "floating" (meaning they are distributed by a license server over a network). If you are planning to use Maneki on more than one computer concurrently, you need to purchase multiple licenses (as many as the number of computers you wish to use concurrently).
Maneki is a production-oriented highly specialized tool. In order to ensure proper support services to our customers, currently the minimum number of licenses of Maneki available for purchase is 25. We are planning to allow for single and Indie licenses by late 2019 or 2020.
We currently are not planning to add support for other renderers. Maneki is tightly bound to 3Delight and vice-versa. This ensures the best ease of use, quality and performance.
One year of support service subscription includes technical support assistance and access to all the software updates (new features, performance improvements, bug fixes) for a period of one year from the purchase date. This includes minor releases (about monthly), as well as major releases during the 1-year period.

We offer monthly support rentals for a minimum of 25 floating licenses to customers that are under a valid Maneki yearly license. Contact sales for monthly rentals of floating licenses. If you are not under a yearly license already, we may offer Rentals for a minimum of 100 floating licenses. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
According to the common practice in Japan, the Japanese software prices are higher as they need to factors-in the higher costs of localized support in Japanese language.
A license includes software updates for one year from the purchase date. If a license is expired please Contact Sales to renew it.
The license keys, along with the software download information, are sent by e-mail when payment is confirmed. To obtain your floating license keys, you shall provide to us your license server HostID by providing it via e-mail at sales@j-cube.jp. Licenses are covered by the End User License Agreement (EULA). We do not offer permanent licenses. Our only licensing scheme for Maneki is subscription-based.
